You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail to let you know your order has been received.
We will then e-mail you again with shipping costs, when your order has been processed and dispatched.
Batteries
Batteries are sold separately unless indicated. Should you require batteries please refer to our
batteries listings and order your requirements.
Out of Stock
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we may run out of popular items.
If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered we will e-mail you as soon as possible to let
you know when it will be available or to make alternative arrangements.
All our prices include 12.5% GST for all New Zealand orders
We accept credit card purchases using Visa or Mastercard. All charges are made in New Zealand dollars.
We charge your credit card on the date on which we dispatch the Products to you from our warehouse.
You can also deposit or make online transfers directly to our bank account. Orders paid for by direct
credit will be dispatched after the funds have cleared, this normally takes 1 – 2 days excluding Sundays and Mondays.
Orders are not binding upon Cooltoys until accepted by us. We remain the owners of the Products we supply to you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe to us for all the Products.
Colours and Representations
Different computer screens may display colours slightly differently, and so the images on this site are to be used as a representation of the products appearance only.
Additionally, manufacturers reserve the right to change colours and features of the products without notice. When we are made aware of these changes, we will update the website to match, but sometimes this means that colours and features of the products supplied may differ from those given on this site.
