Payment
Please note that all prices are listed in New Zealand currency. You may select from the follow forms of payment.
- Bank Transfer (New Zealand only)
- Paypal (Available soon)
- Credit Card, Visa / Master Card
VISA and MasterCard credit card payments: your card will be billed in New Zealand Dollars at a rate decided
by your Credit Card Company. Other payment options available by contacting us. Credit card transactions
are processed through a secure third party with 128 bit encryption. No customer credit card details are passed to Cooltoys.
All our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials.
A full credit or refund will be given upon return of faulty goods (with all it's contents and packaging)
if they cannot be made good to your satisfaction. This does not however relate to fair wear or tear.
Incorrect goods ordered may be exchanged but Cooltoys are not responsible for the return postage
charges or any additional postage for the replacement goods. All refunds are to be made within 20 days
of the purchase date, we suggest that you contact us (sales@cooltoys.co.nz) first advising the nature
of the defect or problem before returning any goods.
