New Zealand Deliveries

You should receive your order at your door within 3-10 days of placing it with us. If an urgent delivery is required please note this on your order and we will advise if we can meet your chosen delivery date. Unfortunately, there are no Saturday or Sunday delivery options. Courier options at buyers request.

Overseas Deliveries

Delivery Charges

New Zealand orders are shipped by New Zealand post and range from $3.50 for smaller items or $4.75 to $7.95* for larger or multiple items. We take no responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in the post. You may opt for a track and trace courier service by request on your order.

Returns

All our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials.

A full credit or refund will be given upon return of faulty goods (with all it’s contents and packaging) if they cannot be made good to your satisfaction.  This does not however relate to fair wear or tear.

Incorrect goods ordered may be exchanged but Cooltoys are not responsible for the return postage charges or any additional postage for the replacement goods. All refunds are to be made within 20 days of the purchase date, we suggest that you contact us (sales@cooltoys.co.nz) first advising the nature of the defect or problem before returning any goods.
